Over the next 3 days, we'll be in-person with *thousands* of hotels, as well as AV providers, travel providers, and other vendors you may wish to use for your upcoming offsites! This means...

We'll simply walk over to the booths for the hotels and vendors you're looking to book, and hammer out some savings for you the old fashion way  :).

If you're looking to save up to 40% on room blocks, meeting space, F&B, and more at over 1000+ curated offsite venues, make a free Offsite account or log back into your pre-existing account and search our Airbnb-style marketplace.

Within minutes, you'll be able to submit RFPs (or requests for proposals) to your venues of choice, and those emails will go directly to hotels.

We will also see those requests on our end, and then myself, Kristin, Maya, or Jake can head over to the booths for the brands/individual hotels you're looking to book and see if we can speed up the proposal process for you.

You can also request non-hotel vendors by filling out our Marketplace Request form, and then we can hunt down the travel providers, speakers, facilitators, swag providers, photographers, videographers, entertainers, and other vendors you need for your upcoming team retreats who are also at IMEX (in addition to looking at our marketplace of options worldwide). 

What happens in Vegas (ie saving you a LOT of time and money) will not stay in Vegas. Not on our watch! 

Instead, we'll be working hard this week to add hundreds of additional vendors to our curated marketplace for you from all different categories (including hotels and non-hotel vendors) so you can save as much time, money, and stress as possible when planning team retreats with Offsite.
