Last year, Offsite did our first-ever holiday giveaway and hundreds of nominations poured in to send one lucky “People Leader” on an all-expenses paid trip to Cancun.
This year, we’re giving away 2 free nights at any of the venues in Offsite’s curated marketplace! The “catch” is that you must nominate someone else who is deserving of this recognition. Nominate someone by clicking here.
(I guess a colleague can also recommend you, and we wouldn’t know….but you can’t nominate yourself. Someone else has to say, “this person is awesome and deserves some R&R.”)
Why is Offsite doing this?
We’re fortunate to work with hundreds of “People Leaders” at high-growth companies like 15Five, Buffer, Webflow, Linear, Metabase, Rattle, LifeLabs Learning, and other organizations. We know how hard they work to do right by their teams.
Typically, these Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, Heads of People, and other managers internally go with little recognition for all the hard work and sacrifices they make so employees at their companies can lead better lives, enjoy more of their time at work, and (yes) attend epic offsites.
We want to gift some R&R to a deserving People Leader across the tech community, who’ve navigated yet another challenging year of layoffs, economic hardship, and geopolitical issues around the world.

We’ll be announcing the winner on Friday, December 29th after our team reads through all the nominations and picks one lucky winner, someone who is selfless in their leadership and has gone “above and beyond” for their team in 2023.
There’s no cost to nominate someone and all nominations must be received by end-of-day Thursday, December 28 at 11:59pm EST to qualify.
We’ll then follow up with the winner individually to learn which property they wish to visit and provide them with a gift card to use at the hotel brand of their choice.
